1a. Looked at examples of a project in the WW2 time area or somewhere around that. 1b. Got reference images for different parts of the character like the head, hair, eyes, nose, ears, mouth, mustache, body, jacket, hands, nails, 1c. Made all temps and started to make the different parts of my characters body. 2. I think it looks pretty good though i could add more gradients to the background and more of the body parts and some accessories and shadows but i think that the face came out good and was detailed. 3. I think i could have worked on the jacket more because it wasn't as detailed as i wanted it to be and the hands and fingernail on it. They were not as detailed with gradients and shadows on the different parts. 4. He represents the time period with the type of clothes he's wearing on him and the plane in the background with the nazi symbol gives it the WW2 feel and the setting of the war that was going on was represented by the plan and the setting was represented by hitler, his outfit and the nazi symbol. 5. Most on the face and skin parts also added some in the body and more parts with the jacket and the and parts. Add a sun in the background which i will do in the next progress report we get to do on this character. 6. Add more shadows and make the background according to the setting instead of it being like it was in some random place in the middle of the nowhere and at some time where everything was fine and there was not many things happening that were that important and no huge world wars going on. |
